NEWS Attention Bail Agents: Effective June 15, 2013 CDI introduces new fee schedule. Full schedule on CDI website: www.insurance.ca.gov Effective January 1, 2013, Education requirements for Bail Pre-licensing for Bail Agents and Fugitive Recovery Agents have increased to 20 hours. Visit the Golden State Bail Agents Association website for up-to-the minute Legislative information, hearings and alerts.www.gsbaa.org! CDI recommends Bail Agents complete 6-Hrs. of Continuing Education each year. Note: Agents licensed between January 1, 2011 and June 2011 need to complete 6-hrs of CE prior to their license expiration date. Individual Bail Agent application fee effective 06/15/13: $468.00 (Exam fee is $46.00 at a CDI test site/$76.00 at at PSI site).
